Arbitration Services

Arbitration is the private determination of a dispute by an independent third party, usually an arbitrator. The disputing parties give the arbitrator the power to decide the dispute. Arbitration is an alternative to court action (litigation), and generally, is final and binding (unlike mediation, negotiation and conciliation which are non-binding, except the signed settlement agreement is enforceable).
